Pizzana, our Neo-Neapolitan pizza restaurant in Los Angeles opened in April 2017, and has earned a Michelin Bib Gourmand and rave reviews from the Los Angeles Times’ Jonathan Gold, Food & Wine and more. Daniele is head pizza maverick and I’m executive pastry chef. Pizzana now has 3 locations in Los Angeles and is expanding into the Texas market.
